It's no surprise I'd be taken by Drinkwater (confirmed: my pulse), a model and entertainer, and occasional fashion salve to certain blog strata—exhibit (a), her Grace Jones send-up above, and (b) that skull skirt below by UK costumer Thom Ravnholdt. Longtime readers will remember the Australian expat from the cover of DIVA's Fat Issue, a stately shoot that made Beth Ditto's much-heralded appearance in LOVE #1, a bit phoned in. Yes, I did just say that. I'm as shocked as you are.

An interview was in the works, but dueling schedules dropped those plans faster than a Beach House leak.
