Johnny Yanok

FormFiftyFive's Luke Tonge posted a blurb on the rich, and utterly rad work of one Johnny Yanok. While Yanok's illustrations share a certain proximity to an established style—it's hard to ignore the North American approach to design—it's his skill at creating life out of those well-tread angles that separates him from the pack.

Others dance around style, Yanok takes it out to A&W.

PS Recognize his take on John Waters' filthiest people alive? (The below, enlarged.)
